The Information Technology Directorate (University of New England) aims to provide cost effective, responsive and best practice Information and Communications Technology services to agreed standards that support the achievement of the University's strategic goals. Each month, a full-day outage is scheduled for essential maintenance and upgrades to systems. UNE Partnerships' online support site may undergo maintenance as well, but should generally still be available during these maintenance periods, however service is likely to be disrupted - please consider these dates prior to uploading your assessment tasks.
